  When can I get my Serial Number?
  You can receive your Serial Number immediately after your payment.
  
  What if I have paid for the program, but still not received the serial number?
  Hopefully you've received the Confirmation Email including your SN sent by our Auto Reply Email System within several minutes after your payment. In case you haven't got it in time, it might be blocked by the anti-spam filters. Please check your junk or spam folder. Should you have any further questions, please contact us at support@photocollagemax.com. We guarantee an answer within 1 working day at the very most!
  
  If I lost the serial number, what should I do?
  If you lost your serial number, please do not worry. You can contact us to ask for your original SN. Please remember that you should provide us with detailed information about your purchase, such as order ID, email address, user name, etc. to support@photocollagemax.com. We will send you the serial number within 1 business day after receiving your request email.
  
  Can I use one serial number on two computers?
  Please note that one SN could be only used on one computer at the same time. If you want to use it on the second computer, I'm afraid that you should buy a new SN or uninstall the program from the current computer and then install it on a new PC and activate it using your SN.

  Why should I pay for the Pro version?
  You can download Photo Collage Max and try it for free. However, with free version you cannot remove the watermark which is covering your collages. If you get the Serial Number, you can get rid of the watermark and get more enhanced customer service.

  Do I need to pay for updates or any other fees?
  Definitely not. There are no annual fees and no hidden charges. And the updates are all free. You can download and try any new free version. You only pay what you see on the order page.
  
  I paid for the Pro version, but I'm not so satisfied with your program. Do you have a refund policy?
  If you are not satisfied with the product, then let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we will give you a full refund.
  
  If I do ask a refund, when can I get my money back?
  Generally it will take 3~7 business days for the credit to appear on your account after the refund request has been approved.

  Technical Troubleshooting

  How do I make a collage that I can print in high quality?
  If you are going to print the collage, the best thing to do is to set the "Collage Size" manually to be the same size that you will be printing it out as, e.g. 8x10 inches. This will create the collage as a 300dpi image file that you can print at high quality.
  
  In what format a picture can be dragged or dropped in a collage page?
  Adding a picture to your collage page, you need to make sure that it is in one of these most common formats, namely *.bmp, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png, *.gif, *.tga.
  
  If I apply a template, can I change the background, frames, clipart or something else in this template?
  Yes, it is totally in your control. All the background patterns, frames, masks, cliparts are all free to replace and rebuilt. For instance, if the template background is not suitable for your photos, you can open the Background Pane, find a background pattern you want to use, double click it and change your collage background with ease.
  
  How to reopen Page Pane and Layer Pane if I accidently close them?
  Go to the Main Menu -> View -> Show -> Page Pane/Layer Pane to show the Page Pane and Layer Pane again in your collage project.
